Congratulations!  you have chosen to become a security professional in Alberta. You need to know the basics so that you can work safely and carry out your duties in a professional way. The law in Alberta says that you must receive at least 40 hours of training. This course covers all the important areas needed for Alberta Basic Security Training (ABST). The course was designed to help you pass the provincial exam and earn your security guard certificate.In Alberta, to become a high-profile security officer, you will need to be licensed. License can be obtained as follows:

Step 1 - Take Our Training Course - Pass our Approved Training Course.
Step 2 - Pass the Provincial Exam - We will prepare you for the exam.
Step 3 – we will arrange and book the provincial exam inside our College. The Exam results will be sent to the College. We will call you to collect your results.
Step 4 – Apply for your License through the Registry - We can provide all the information you need. The Registry will provide you with temporary license till you receive the original by mail. The temporary license will allow you to start your career right away.
Step 5 – We will arrange a job interview for you with one of the big companies.

Note: you need police clearance and two passport size photos along with your exam results once you will go to apply for your license.
This premium course prepares you to ace the exam and start working faster. Once you complete our course, you will be able to find a job fast.

Our Security Training program combines video elements, quizzes, and interactive elements to keep you excited and engaged with the course. At the end of each section.
The course material takes 40 hours and it is 100% in-class. The course starts on Monday and lasts till Friday. On Friday after noon, you will be ready to write the exam, we will arrange everything for you to book for the exam.

• Executive Security (bodyguards)

• Dog Patrol Services
• Alarm Responders (those who physically respond; not monitoring a screen)

Course Fees $380 including

• Textbook

• This career pays about $2500 a month as full time. 
• Individuals can do Part time and weekends if they wish
• The course fees are not refundable.
